2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping options and charges will be communicated during checkout. Delays due to courier services or customs (in case of international shipping) are beyond our control.

3. Returns & Refunds

• No returns accepted unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon approval and receipt of returned goods (if applicable).
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• A cancellation fee of 2.5% applies.
• Orders cancelled after shipping will incur two-way shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfill any order based on stock availability.

6. Jurisdiction
